The hotel is located near the city center and public transportation is easily accessible. The breakfast was good and had a decent variety of options. They had a gym and sauna for guests to use which was a nice amenity.
The hotel is outdated and in need of some renovations. The cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms could use some improvement.

Quiet room at the back. High ceilings, nice big room, big shower. Late checking out was no problem. Pleasant personnel, nice small bar and lobby downstairs.

It's nice, quiet part of town, train station in front of hotel (15min to center). Buffet breakfast is ok, receptionists are very nice too.
The cleaning lady that woke us up at 7am in the morning, yelling something in Hungarian, banging on the door and entering the room and then coming out and yelling again.

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. the value for money was excellent. I was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable prices, especially considering the quality of the service and amenities provided. Secondly, the staff were attentive and friendly, always willing to assist with any queries or requests. Additionally, I was impressed with the attention to detail in the rooms, which were clean, comfortable, and had all the basic amenities I needed. Lastly, the hotel's location by tram #41 or #47 made it convenient to travel to the city-center and explore the vibrant attractions of Budapest.
All aspects of my stay were satisfactory.

The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station, making it easy to travel to the center of Budapest. the tram stop is right outside the hotel, providing easy access to the city center.
The hotel's breakfast could be improved in terms of cleanliness and variety.

The hotel has 2 buildings a and B. The rooms from a are ok but from building b are 1 star and no 3 stars. At breakfast there are no fruits or vegetables. The personal is not quite friendly.

Hotel has it's own parking. Breakfast was ok
It is far away from city center. Rooms are pld and a bit rusty. Bathroom is very bad. Beads are too soft, and it was very noisy during a night

We loved the convenient location of this hotel, with a tram stop just a stone's throw away. It made exploring the city center a breeze, as we could easily hop on and off the tram. The frequency of trams was also commendable, with one coming along every few minutes until late evening.
Nothing could have been better.

The staff was kind and helpful, the tram station is in front of the hotel and you can get in any part of downtown Budapest in less than 20 minutes. You can buy tram tickets at the reception. There is free parking available and it's really quiet at night.
I really don't understand how they got 3 stars, it's more like a hostel actually. The room looked old and the moquette on the floor was very dirty, so was the curtain from the shower.

The only thing worth mentioning as a positive factor for the hotel was the breakfast. Although nothing lavish was served, the products weren't bad either, and compared to the rest of the services provided, the breakfast was welcomed.
Extremely poor placed at the outskirts of the city in a remote, ugly and seemingly unsafe area make it a place you wouldn't want to return to alone at night. The staff was uninterested and rarely helpful, the small parking space at the back of the hotel doesn't allow more than 8 cars being parked at once, and the customers are forced to park on the street in front of the hotel (a seemingly unsafe and definitely ungarded area). The reception is not managed 24/7 which means that if you arrive or depart at night at 4 or 5 there's a big chance you won't be helped or checked in and might be forced to sleep in the car (not a bad prospect considering the old, smelly, un-aired, unwelcomming rooms).
